Congratulations to newlyweds Sara and Pat Heeley. The couple were married May 21st at the Temple of Performing Arts in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. According to Sara, "It was the best day of our lives...we both got to marry our best
friend!"
Sara added, "It was a small wedding with mostly Iowa friends in attendance; JR Reichert, Terry and Kaylene Schroeder, Jeff Cochran and Erin Lieurence, Andy
and Lindsay Lockwood, Mitch Adkins, Shannon Vroegh and Hannah Lind to name a few. Rusty and Katie Green came from Texas and Tim Zuidema from Florida and Jaime Zuidema from Indiana.
The ceremony was held at 6:30 pm and
went late into the night. We had all of Pat's family
there from Canada and instead of champagne toast we had iced wine from Canada, lots
of American and Canadian beer. There was even a photobooth for the
guests. It was a lot of fun!"
Congratulations to the new couple. We wish you many years of happiness together!
