Gordyville’s “Turkey Run” AQHA show took place November 25th through the 27th in Gifford, Illinois. The fun, family-oriented show featured the inaugural Purina Turkey Tournament that had $1,000 added and an ugly Christmas sweater competition. There was a special reception for AQHA President, Sandy Arledge who was on hand from California for the show.
The judges for the show were Butch and Patty Campbell, Sandy Jirkovsky, and Tracy Willis.
“The Hannagan Family and Gordyville crew put on another great show this past holiday weekend,” says Trista Mallow, Amateur competitor and co-owner of Closet Space with friend, Keri Collins. “Being away from family over Thanksgiving isn’t ideal for everyone, but they sure know how to make it feel like home. We also appreciate everyone who stopped by Closet Space to help celebrate our 6th Anniversary. Keri and I are looking forward to many more years to come!”
