The kids have gone back to school and that means one thing…the Congress will be here before we know it! Whether you show in the Open, or in the Small Fry like our cover girl, Ireland Cofrancesco, the arrival of September signifies the beginning of the toughest stretch in the horse show schedule. Our digital magazine, GoMag, is there to showcase print ads from the top exhibitors in the country.
The September GoMag cover features eight year old Ireland Cofrancesco, and her mare, Zippos Chocolate May. Ireland and “Lexi” have been competing in the small fry events, and look forward to going to the Congress.
Ireland is a third grader this year at St. Josephs School, and enjoys dancing, gymnastics, and karate, where she just earned her green belt. Her family has had a long, successful history in the horse industry, and continues to compete, and operate their farm in Sparta New Jersey.
Along with the Small Fry Horsemanship and Showmanship, Ireland will also be showing her aged gelding, Compounded in the Youth Aged Geldings. Ireland always appreciates the help she gets and would like to thank Jeffrey Pait and Chris Thompson, as well as Susan Witts, for all their help. She also didn’t want to forget to thank her mom and dad for always helping her, and her brother Peter, and sister, Emma for always cheering for her.
