Bixby, Oklahoma…James and Debbie Glover, together with Kristen and Wesley Galyean, of Double G Ranch LLC, announce that VS Code Red will be standing at stud at Gumz Farms for the 2010 season, to a limited book of mares.
The second son of the immortal mare Vital Signs Are Good follows in the championship steps of his mother, brother (Invest N Vital Signs) and his father, Blazing Hot – AQHA World Champion Western Pleasure and Western Riding. His destiny seems to lay out in front of this stunning red roan colt.
VS Code Red made his All American Quarter Horse Congress debut in October 2009, winning the Open Two Year Old Western Pleasure Snaffle Bit Futurity in both the Open and Limited Division, shown by Kristen (Glover) Galyean. The pair also won the Congress Non Pro Two Year Old Snaffle Bit Futurity and the Southern Belle Breeders Two Year Old Non Pro Western Pleasure Futurity. Their next stop will be the AQHA World Championship Show in Oklahoma City this month, where Kristen Galyean will show him again.
The excitement over this 15.3 hand gorgeous red roan stallion at the Congress was overwhelming. “People have just gone nuts over him,” said Debbie Glover. Due to demand following his big wins at the Congress, the Glovers decided to stand VS Code Red to a limited book of mares at Gumz Farms.
VS Code Red will be standing the 2010 season at Gumz Farms in Morganfield, Kentucky. He will be enrolled in the AQHA Incentive Fund, NSBA, and the Kentucky Breeders Incentive.
