Just last month at the Gordyville show facility, the Wimpy’s Little Step and Gordyville Breeder’s Cup Derby paid out over $248,000! It was held March 17-20th. There was over $110,000 added to the derbies as well as $18,000 added to the Seven-Up Derby which is a new class NRHA is pushing for horses that are seven ages and older. Jody Quiram who helped run the show said that it was well attended with over 400 stalls booked, and people came from as far north as Canada and as far south as Florida. The show is planned to be held their again next year! So make plans to attend.
