The final session of the 2010/2011 Judges Conference is scheduled for December 12-13, 2011 at the Sheraton Grand DFW in Irving, Texas.
This series we are covering: roping, trail, western riding, showmanship at halter, western horsemanship and equitation. If you did not attend the 2010 seminar, you will need to register for this session.
Also, if you are a specialized roping judge, and did not attend last year, you will need to attend this year.
The registration form will need to be completed and returned to Shelly via email [email protected] or fax (806) 349-6412. As you know, in 2010 we began charging $100 attendance fee for the Judges Conferences. To guarantee your place in the December 2011 seminar, you will need to send a check with your registration form or complete the credit card information on the registration form. No registrations will be accepted without the fee.
Please keep in mind when making your travel, the AQHA Judges Committee expects all attendees to be present for the entire conference. We will conclude at 4:00 on Tuesday, and no early departures for flights will be approved.
Please submit registration form and fee no later than Monday, October 3.
