GoHorseShow would like to congratulate Blair and Susan Roberts of Edmond, Oklahoma on their purchase of Congress Champion Only A Breeze. The family also owns her full sister, Only Ever After, and have had great success with this mare in the open, amateur and youth events in both AQHA and NSBA.
“We are very pleased to see another of our horses go to the Roberts family, and into the capable hands of Rusty and Katie Green,” Kathryn Frederick told GoHorseShow. “They have a fantastic training program and we are thrilled they are so pleased with the offspring of Zippin the Breeze that they welcomed another one onto their show string.”
We recently reported in December that the Roberts family purchased Whatscookngoodlookin from Ray Arnona for their daughter Hillary to show in the futurity and youth events. GoHorseShow.com spoke with Hillary about her family’s purchase of Only A Breeze. “We’re really excited to have her and looking forward to getting her going!,” she says.
The mare, who is by Invitation Only and out of Zippin The Breeze, was bred and raised by Dan and Kathryn Frederick. Zippin the Breeze has produced world class champions in both AQHA and NSBA.
Only A Breeze was a multiple futurity champion throughout her two year old year, both in the open and open non pro events, beginning with her maiden class at, The Little Futurity. Her show season culminated with a win in the two year-old open at the Congress and a fourth place at the AQHA World Show.
The Fredericks would like to thank Brian and Dawn Baker for training these horses, and for allowing them to bring well trained and talented horses to the show pen each year. They would like to thank all of the judges, trainers, horsemen and friends that have recognized Only A Breeze this past year, and appreciated her talent, along with the full siblings that they have shown as well, past and present, including Invite Me Breeze, Only Intuition, Endless Breeze, Only Ever After, Gentlemen Only, and Only A Summer Breeze.
“We are proud of the horses we are raising each year; we are proud to bring them to the pen; we are proud of their accomplishments, and we are pleased to sell them to happy, satisfied customers who then go on to do great things with them while we cheer from the sidelines!” Kathryn Frederick says.
