GoHorseShow is excited to report that Vital Signs Are Good’s recipient mare just gave birth to another gorgeous colt by Lazy Loper.
“We are honored that Kristen Galyean chose Lazy Loper for yet another one of Lucy’s babies. We can’t wait for the two year-old full sibling to make his debut,” says Debbi Trubee, who is the breeding manager for Pine View Farm.
The owner of the new colt, Kristen Galyean says, “That is my final embryo out of her (VSAG) and it is just so bittersweet. It brought tears to my eyes watching him be born, because I know how much of a huge blessing she has been to me and to still get to have pieces of her means the world to me. She is really making her mark on the industry through her offspring. Waylon (VS Code Red) is throwing some amazing babies and I can’t wait to see what the future brings with him. Watching her babies grow into champions is the ultimate feeling for me, and getting to be with them from the very first day is a journey I can’t describe.”
Vital Signs Are Good’s (Lucy) current owner, the Moran family, also bred her this year to Lazy Loper and twins are on the way. Trubee also tells us that Lucy’s daughter, VS Check My Pulse, was bred to Lazy Loper and babies are on the way for both Kristen Galyean and Jane Humes. Susan Johns also bought a Vital Signs Are Good embryo that was also bred to Lazy Loper!
