The
face of TQHYA has changed….and it’s time for a new logo! Announcing
the TQHYA Logo Design Contest. The
object of this contest is to design a logo for the Texas Quarter Horse Youth Association.
This contest is open to both TQHYA members and non-member youth residing in the
state of Texas, between the ages of 9 and 19 years old.
How
To Enter
1.
Entries must be submitted via email to [email protected]. The entries must be
submitted as a scalable vector graphic in EPS format, as well as JPG. See the
submission guidelines below for further information.
2. The email must include the name, age, address, phone number and email address
of the entrant.
3.
A maximum of three entries per person may be submitted.
4.
Entries must conform to the submission guidelines below. Entries failing to meet
these guidelines will be rejected.
5.
The deadline for entries is 12 Noon, Tuesday, May 1, 2012.
Submission
Guidelines
1.
The logo will be used online, in print and on merchandise. The logo should be
flexible in that it will resize easily and look good in black and white as well
as color.
2.
The logo must contain the word “TQHYA” in the design.
3.
Entries must be submitted in EPS and JPG format and suitable for high quality
printing.
What
You Can Win
1.
The winning designer will receive a $150 I-Tunes gift card and TQHA logo hat
and sweatshirt.
2.
Second and third place designs will receive TQHA logo merchandise.
Judging
and Selection of Winner
The
winning design will be selected by the TQHA Halter & Performance Committee.
The judge’s decision shall be final.
