Due to the storm damage and loss of power in the Tulsa area, it is with great regret we must inform our members that the remainder of the 2023 Pinto World Championship Show will be cancelled. After evaluating all of our options, and your suggestions, we will not hold the remainder of the classes at the Color Breed Congress. Because of the cancellation, we will not be awarding any of the all-around High Point awards.
The Executive Committee has authorized the reimbursement of the entry fees, equipment fees and NSBA fees for classes that were scheduled June 18 – 24, less the office/drug fees.
We are waiting for word from Tulsa Expo on what we can do on the unused stalls.
Please be patient, as we will have to go through each entry individually to calculate what the reimbursement will be. If you paid by credit card, it will be credited back on your card. If you paid by check, we will send you a check.
Thank you for your understanding. We are grateful that there was no loss of life for our members and our Pintos during this storm. We hope to see you all at the 2023 Color Breed Congress or the 2024 PWC next year.
