2020 Oregon Summer Classic is a Go
The Oregon Quarter Horse Association announces that the 2020 Oregon Summer Classic will be held, as scheduled, July 22-27, 2020 at the Oregon Horse Center in Eugene. “The OQHA board of directors is excited to host the 2020 Oregon Summer Classic as scheduled,” said Kelsey Anglin, President of the OQHA board of directors. “We know how important it is to our members, exhibitors, trainers, and industry partners to be able to show. Safety is our highest priority and our show management team has been working tirelessly to ensure a safe show environment for all of our exhibitors at this year’s show.”
The Oregon Summer Classic is one of the largest West Coast circuit horse shows in the US. The show offers a host of great features, including:
• 8 AQHA judges
• The OQHA Futurities
• Events for both performance and working horse exhibitors
• Prizes including Performance All-Around saddles by Harris Leatherworks, Working All-Around saddles by Caliente Saddles, Bob Berg buckles and many more
• Easy access with a location right off of Interstate 5
• Large show grounds offering multiple warm-up areas, onsite RV’s
The Oregon Summer Classic has a rich history as one of the largest breed shows on the West Coast. The show regularly draws exhibitors from British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho as well as Texas and beyond. The show is known for its exhibitor friendly format and prizes including Bob Berg Buckles for class awards and all-around saddle from Harris Leatherworks and Caliente Saddles.
