“The 18th Annual Penn State Quarter Horse Auction will be held as an INTERNET Auction in 2020, hosted by Professional Horse Services, LLC,” announces Mike Jennings of Pro Horse Services. “The auction will feature 12 two-year-old Quarter Horses, including some that are double registered with APHA. These horses have been bred, raised, and trained in the Penn State equine program. Bidding will open on Monday, April 27th, and close on Saturday, May 2nd.”
