MAQHA Holiday Classic Right Around the Corner

JACKSON, MS – December 1, 2018 – Please make plans to join us for the Mississippi AMATEUR Quarter Horse Association’s 4 Judge Holiday Classic scheduled for December 8 & 9, 2018 at the Kirk Fordice Equine Center, on the State Fairgrounds, Jackson, MS.

Christy Carwile, President of MAQHA, says, “We have a great show planned for this year under the guidance of Patrick Kayser, Peak Equine Productions Inc., who is our show manager, and Pat Kress as show secretary. We have reduced our judges from six, down to four and have a flat fee of $225. We have a great lineup of judges, Michael Hay, Jan Hoskin-Hay, Tanya Green and Mark Russell.

Join in the spirit of the holidays with their Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest on Saturday, show in your ugliest Christmas Sweater, but remember to wear a shirt with a collar under it to abide by AQHA rules. The show will have an exhibitor lunch catered by Jennifer Seal and sponsored by Equine Omega Complete. They will have a paid trail practice bright and early Sunday morning. The show will also have a silent auction of holiday-themed items.
