“Buyers can bid on prospects and broodmares by some of the leading stallions in the performance and Barrel Racing industries in the Utah State University Annual Production Sale,” announces Mike Jennings of Professional Horse Services, LLC that is providing the bidding platform for the auction.
Prospects for Reining, Cow Horse, Cutting and Ranch events are sired by Hickory Holly Time, HF Mobster, WR This Cats Smart, CD Lights, Sixes Pick, Renoboom and Justa Cowboy Drifter. The horses include some horses that have been started under saddle in the USU Equine program and very well bred yearlings.
Barrel Racing enthusiasts will find an outstanding 3 in 1 broodmare package in the auction. It is Ms Jessie Perry, a daughter of a Leading Racing sire, Mr Jess Perry. She sells with a filly at side by a Leading Barrel Racing sire, Streak Of Fling, and is bred to the popular Barrel Racing stallion, Slick By Design.
Two performance broodmares are offered. Micro Chic is a daughter of Hall Of Fame Reining and Cow Horse sire, Smart Chic Olena, that sells bred to the top Cutting sire, Dual Smart Rey. Unos Surprise is a daughter of notable Reining sire, Jerry Lees Surprise, that is bred to RS Lights Are On, a son of Lenas Wright On.
BIDDING OPENS on Saturday morning, April 21 and the first horse will close on Tuesday, April 24, beginning at 7:00 PM MOUNTAIN time.
