Western Wishes come true at AjPHA Youth World Show

Even though ShyAnn Courtwright loves horses, an accident late last year left her unable to ride. But at the 2014 AjPHA Youth World Championship Show, ShyAnn presented a buckle to the world champion in Novice Youth Trail 14–18 as part of a trip sponsored by Western Wishes. ShyAnn, a 9-year-old from Oklahoma, was traveling to a junior rodeo when her family’s car was hit by another vehicle. As a result of the accident, ShyAnn is paralyzed from the chest down.
