From Michael Ochetto–It is with great regret that Judge Henry Atkinson has passed away. As many of you know, Henry and his wife, Bobbie, owned and operate Rancho Poco Loco LLC (RPL) in Henderson,Texas, raising some of the finest halter horses in the AQHA and APHA industry. It has been an honor and privilege to have worked for this great man.
