Green Wins GoHorseShow’s Co-Sponsored Limited 3 WP

With a total purse of $22,000, the Show For Dough’s NSBA $2,500 Limited Horse Three Year Old Western Pleasure drew a deep set of horses, but it was Rock County Kid and Rusty Green taking home the biggest check of the show for owner Sharnai Thompson on Saturday. The trio earned a check for $7,480.00.

“We haven’t had him that long,” said Thompson. “I hadn’t had a Western horse in a long time, and he just kind of caught my eye. He’s a great loper and he has a great mind to go with it.” The bay gelding, by Good I Will Be, is campaigning in Open and Non-Pro Three Year Old Western Pleasure events throughout year.

“That was fun,” added Rusty Green. “We had a great set of horses. It was a really, really nice class.”
