GoHorseShow would like to congratulate HandsOffMyArtifacts (Tank) on winning four World Championship titles at
the ApHC World. He was unanimous winner of the Non Pro Hunter Under Saddle and the winner of the Non Pro Hunter Under Saddle Maturity with owner, Megan Wagner; the unanimous winner of Two Year-Old Hunter Under
Saddle, and the winner of the Two and Three Year Old Hunter Under Saddle
Futurity with Beth Case in the irons.
This talented two year-old is by All Hands On Zip and owned by Megan Wagner of Pilot Point, Texas. “He’s got a real good feel and showed really good for me,” says Case, who had only ridden him one time before her first win.
Wagner’s trainer, Arturo Maestas saw him in July at the Pinto World and they bought him from Justin Johnson.
“Tank was green broke, and Justin had started him and put a great foundation on this gelding–myself and my assistant trainer Jesse Jones finished him,” Maestas states. “Overall, he’s a great horse and I’m so happy for Megan. I could not ask for a better client to work with. She never questions anything and loves her horses. She’s a great owner.”
Wagner told GoHorseShow that she was very excited that Tank did so well.
“He is so good minded and kind on top of being strong and great legged–he is just an exceptional two year-old,” Wagner says. “We showed him for the first time at the Reichert, and I won the Two Year Open Non Pro the first time he’d ever been shown. Arturo and Jesse have done an amazing job getting him ready and Beth showed him beautifully.”
We congratulate Megan on her success with Tank and wish her the best of luck with her other horses, Sticker Chock and Be My Example the rest of the show.
