The multiple AQHA World and Congress Champion sire, Last Detail has moved to Hanes Performance Horses in Shelbyville, Tennessee. The 22-year-old bay stallion has made his mark in the show arena as a performer and sire.
“We are very thankful to be chosen as a semi-retirement home for this legendary leading stallion,” says Taylor Hanes who also gave renowned pleasure stallion, An Awesome Mister a forever home last year. “Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined having him on our farm. This is another blessing after a really tough last year for my family with losing my grandfather and my niece Alexis Hope that so many of you followed.”
Hanes continues, “Thank you to the Whitaker family for making this possible and thank you to so many others, Ron Horn, June Warren, Nancy Sue Ryan, and Masterson Farms that paved the way to make this stallion a huge success.”
According to Hanes, Last Detail which is owned by Larry and Linda Whitaker will stand to just a few select outside mares in 2014, and Hanes will be mainly breeding his own mares to this legendary stallion.
