Brock and Kristi Allen of Allen Equine have just published pictures and descriptions of the horses located in Collinsville, Texas, that will be selling in the Crundwell Online Auction September 11 and 12. There are many horses divided into three sections: Halter Stallions & Mares, Performance Mares and Embryos out of both Halter and Performance Mares. Preview dates for the horses located at Allen Equine are September 2 and 3 by appointment only.

Additionally, just released by the U.S. Marshals Service are terms and conditions that shall apply for both
the on-line and live auctions. The following provisions will
be incorporated into an independent registration/sign-in document for auction
participants:

The Bidder acknowledges that he or she has received
a copy of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Bidder acknowledges that in the event that
the Bidder’s offer is accepted, that the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be
part of the sales contract.

COLLUSION, BID-RIGGING,
FRAUD – Any attempt to unfairly affect the outcome of
a sale shall be cause for immediate disqualification as an eligible
Bidder. Use of a straw buyer for purposes of purchasing a horse for
someone who is barred from making the purchase themselves shall be viewed as
two or more persons conspiring either to commit an offense against the United
States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or
for any purpose, and where one or more of such persons did any act to effect
the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or
imprisoned not more than five years, or both (18 U.S.C. § 371).

STATEMENTS OR ENTRIES
GENERALLY – Whoever knowingly and willfully falsifies,
conceals or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact, or makes
any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or makes or
use any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially
false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry, shall be fined under this
title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both (18 U.S.C.
§ 1001).
