was launched June 1, 2008 with the goal of filling a huge need in our horse
show world by providing credible, timely and entertaining news and information.
On the same date, we published the very first issue of the digital magazine, GoMag.
Julia-Dawn Taylor and Floating On Assets appeared on the cover of our inaugural issue
and the first digital magazine of its kind in our industry was born. We
proclaimed ourselves the “Future of Equine Advertising” and hoped that others
would recognize the incredible value and reach of digital advertising.
Fast-forward four years and 48 issues, and GoMag has firmly establish itself as
the online industry leader. The
horse show world has fully embraced digital advertising as a cost-effective, powerful
and far-reaching tool that is definitely here to stay. We would like to thank
each and every one of our advertisers and readers for an incredible four years
and look forward to many years to come!

ABOUT THE COVER
When it comes to showing her horse,
multiple APHA World Champion Shez Eye Candy, 14 year-old Drew Rogers has proven
she is a force to be reckoned with. After winning back-to-back All Around
youth titles at the 2010 & 2011 AjPHA World Championship Show in Ft. Worth,
the team went on to win the coveted #1 spot in the nation for the 13 &
under Top 20 standings. They will return to Fort Worth this month to defend the
All-Around title in the pair’s final year of 13 & under competition.
Drew’s newest partner, Multiple AQHA World
and Congress Champion, Sleepin In The Rain, came onto the scene in late 2011. This
past fall they were named Reserve Champion in the 13 & under youth Western
Riding at the All American Quarter Horse Congress. They will make their AQHYA
World Show debut later this summer in Performance Halter Mares, Showmanship,
Western Pleasure, and Western Riding.
The trio is trained by Julie Black and
both Julie and Drew live in Bakersfield, California.
Watch for these teams at all major AQHA
and APHA shows this summer and, of course, the 2012 AjPHA and AQHYA World
Championship shows.
