AQHA Novice Championships Accepting Photographer and Video Bids

The American Quarter Horse Association is now accepting photographer and videographer bids for the 2012 AQHA Novice championship shows. All photographer and videographer bids must be received on or before February 10, 2012. 

Both Novice championships will take place during the weekend of October 5-7, 2012. The AQHA Western Novice Championship Show will be at the South Point Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, and the AQHA Eastern Novice Championship Show will occur at the Tennessee Miller Coliseum in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Interested parties may bid on one or both events.

The winning bids will receive a contract for the 2012 AQHA Novice championship shows with a possible extension for the 2013 and 2014 shows upon satisfactory review by AQHA.

Bid proposal forms are available online. Any organization interested in photographing and videoing the AQHA Novice championship shows must complete the bid proposal form. Companies and organizations may choose to attach additional information not already included in the bid proposal form.

All applications must be submitted to Jim Bret Campbell through fax at (806) 378-4757 or by mail to 1600 Quarter Horse Drive, Amarillo, Texas 79104. All bid applications and appropriate support material must be submitted on or before February 10. It is the responsibility of the bidder to confirm that AQHA has received their bid.

AQHA will contact applicants by letter once a decision has been made. AQHA has sole discretion in deciding which bidder is selected and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept other than the highest bid or to waive any informality in bidding.
