The phenomenal success of this futurity is the result of the collective efforts of breeders with a vision. The goal is to renew interest in the halter horse industry. 2012 Breeders’ Halter Futurity for weanlings and yearlings is estimated to exceed $500,000. The stallion owners have collectively committed $1,000,000 over a four year period with no financial return from Breeders’ Halter Futurity.
