GoHorseShow would like to congratulate Darcy Reeve on the purchase of Reichert Color Classic Champion, Touched N Moonlite (Regis). Reeve says that she loves futurity horses and she is always looking out for a new prospect.
“Well at the beginning of the Reichert Celebration, Karen Hornick was out riding and spotted her good friend Dave Archer riding Touched N Moonlite aka Regis. She couldn’t keep her eyes off of him. She immediately called me to tell me all about this two year-old. I knew exactly which one she was talking about because I got to watch Dave ride him around at the Redbud Spectacular.”
Darcy will be taking him to the Congress this year to show in the Two Year-Old Open and Non Pro. He is also entered in the Two Year-Old Western Pleasure at the AQHA World Show.
“We plan on sending him to Highpoint Performance Horses after the world show to learn the western riding, then, we will do the major Three Year-Old futurities and the Junior Western Pleasure with him next year,” Darcy says. “We are so excited for this horse. He has had great training from day one, and we are so happy with his success so far!”
