Our enthusiastic and energetic new associate, Julia Sanderson, will be representing our line at major shows throughout the year. As an experienced retailer of show clothing and accomplished rider, she is well qualified to assist our customers with the purchase of their show outfit.
Julia grew up on a horse ranch in Pleasanton, California and has been showing horses since the age of nine. At age thirteen she won the Grand Nationals in equitation and went on to win the Pacific Coast and Nor-Cal Championships. Over the years she has won multiple circuit championships in Trail, Showmanship and Horsemanship, including the Reserve All-Around Championships at the Silver Dollar Circuit and The Summer Classic in Oregon.
After years of training with Cheryl and David Busick in Livermore, California, Julia now rides and prepares her own horses for the show circuit at her boarding facility on her ranch, where she lives with her husband of eighteen years and their two sons, ages eleven and fifteen.
Having a flair for fashion and very good taste, a natural progression for Julia was to venture into the show clothing business. In 2005, she opened the French Cowgirl Boutique with a focus on providing a complete look for riders and their horses. We feel quite fortunate to bring on board someone with the likes of her experience, talent and warm personality.
Please stop by our booth at the Arizona Sun Circuit in the vendor tent and meet Julia. We will have a full selection of one of a kind show jackets in an array of colors and sizes and will be taking custom orders.
