Five-year-old The Krymsun Kruzer had a busy 2009 AQHA World Championship Show that put his versatility to the test. Earning a championship in junior working hunter, reserve in junior hunter hack, third in pleasure driving, fourth in junior hunter saddle and fifth in performance halter stallions with four different AQHA Professional Horsemen, “Leroy” proved himself an all-around talented horse.
Thanks to Vicky Holt, Linda Crothers, Brian Holmes and Ted Turner, Leroy earned the Most Valuable Horse award in the English division November 19, plus a $5,000 check, for owner Gerri Leigh Pratt of Winston Salem, North Carolina.
“The Most Valuable Horse awards are designed to showcase the talents and abilities of American Quarter Horses competing in multiple events and reward the horse’s owner with a big bonus,” said AQHA Executive Vice President Don Treadway Jr.
