Gerri Leigh Pratt’s bay stallion The Krymsun Kruzer has been cruising through a great show season this year. At the Congress alone he won the all-around. As a 2-year-old he won the GMC 2-Year-Old Snaffle Bit Futurity at the Congress and was third in 2-year-old western pleasure at the 2006 AQHA World Championship Show. As a 4-year-old, he won the reserve world championship in junior pleasure driving. Now, at 5, he has his first world championship, in junior working hunter, placing first on all five judges’ cards. Out in the Super Barn, the Journal caught up with his trainer, AQHA Professional Horseman Vicky Holt, his hunter rider, AQHA Professional Horseman Linda Crothers, and his owner.
