All Congress horse show entries must be postmarked by Tuesday, August 25, 2009 and received within three working days. (The only exceptions are intercollegiate/junior judging, horse bowl, hippology and communications.)
It is recommended that horse show entries be sent certified mail. The show secretary is not responsible for lost or late entries, and is unable to verify receipt of entries due to the volume of mail received. The show secretary sends a postcard acknowledging receipt of entries to all Congress horse show agents.
