THE place to be this summer will be in the middle of the Mid-West! The Summer Run combines the RC Mid Summer Fling & the IKI Summer Spectacular circuits and allows the exhibitor to compete for up to ten sets of points at one location. It has proven beneficial to those that are paying a mileage or trip charge to be able to show for several sets of points…all while only paying for one trip.
Mark Harrell Horse Shows will put their ‘spin’ on making shows fun, entertaining & most importantly worthwhile. Several parties are being planned for the entire run which in past has seen Horse Show Idol, Dunk-tanks, scavenger hunts & the ever-growing B-I-N-G-O! (It is interesting to see the stern, serious & professional trainer get excited about what BINGO number is called next!)
This year, more than $7000 has been added to the show in the form of classes such as the All-Age Non Pro Western Pleasure, a $1000 3-year-old Open Pleasure, a 3 & 4-year-old Trail, a Non-Pro trail & for those showing Hunters – a $1000 Open & a $1000 Non-Pro Hunter Classic. In addition, up to ten sets of NSBA Dual/Approved classes will be offered.
The schedule has been re-worked to allow everyone showing with Mark Harrell Horse Shows in DuQuoin, Illinois, to have an extra day to travel to Conyers, Georgia, with us for the start of the Stars & Stripes & Big A shows.
