Tulsa, Oklahoma played host to the 2009 March Mania show, March 5-8. This is traditionally one of the biggest APHA shows and this year did not disappoint. The weather was fantastic and in addition to the regular slate of classes, they offered many special classes and activities including the “Extreme Halter/Pleasure Competition” where halter trainers showed western pleasure horses. This fun event raised $50,000 to benefit the Make A Wish Foundation!
Judges for the show were: John Briggs, Louis Hufnagel, Mark DeFreece, Casey Devitt, Roger Landis, Meri McKillips, Bonnie Jo Clay, Lori Gordon, Holly Hover and Michael Short.
