VOTING PROCEDURES
To officially enter the contest to be eligble to win the $2,000 Harris Leather Gift Certificate, follow these simple steps:
1. View the July 2008 issue of GoMag!
- The July issue of GoMag! can be viewed by clicking on this link or by clicking on the “View July Issue of GoMag!” link in the upper right-hand corner of the GoHorseShow.com homepage at any time.
2. Choose your favorite ad.
- Once you’ve looked at all of the ads in GoMag!, pick your favorite.
3. Cast your vote.
- Click on the “Tools” button from the green tool bar located at the top of the page within the GoMag! publication.
- From the drop down menu, click “Contact Us.” Submit your name and a valid email address. In the box that says message, type either the name of the person, name of the horse, and/or the page number(s) you wish to vote for.
- Click “Send” to submit your vote. Your name and the person whose ad you voted for have been entered into the drawing.
4. Vote every day.
- Feel free to enter multiple times by voting up to once per day. You do not have to vote for the same ad every time.
- Do you have an ad in this issue of GoMag!? You can vote for it every day to double your chances of winning. Tell all of your friends to go vote for your ad every day to increase your chances of winning.
- Don’t have an ad in this issue of GoMag!? Vote every day to enter your name into the drawing multiple times.
CONTEST RULES
1. In order to win, you must be a registered user of the GoHorseShow.com community.
- To join the GoHorseShow.com community, simply click on the “Become A Member” link on the left hand side of any page in the Join The Community Section.
- If you are already a registered user of GoHorseShow.com, you already qualify and do not need to register again.
2. You must submit your vote through GoMag! and follow the Voting Procedures for your vote to count.
3. You may only vote for one ad at a time.
4. Enter once a day from July 1, 2008 through midnight, CST on July 31, 2008.
5. Each person who votes will automatically become eligible for a $2,000 Harris Leather Gift Certificate. In turn, the person whose ad is voted for also becomes eligible. An entry is placed for the voter and the ad being voted on each of the times a vote is submitted.
6. The winner of the contest will be drawn in the Ford Livestock Arena during the Reichert Celebration on Wednesday, August 13th. The winner’s name will be posted on GoHorseShow.com by August 14, 2008.
7. Winner need not be present to win.
8. Incomplete entries will not be accepted into the contest and GoHorseShow.com reserves the right to reject any entry that is not complete.
9. By voting in the contest, you grant GoHorseShow.com permission to post your name on the GoHorseShow.com website and otherwise use your entered name in any manner that GoHorseShow.com deems appropriate.
10. GoHorseShow.com will not post your email address, and will keep this information confidential.
11. GoHorseShow.com will NEVER sell or share your email address or personal information to any third party at any time.
12. Voting Instructions will be available on the GoHorseShow.com website for the entire month of July.
13. The winning entry will be notified via email so a valid contact name and email address must be used when placing the vote.
14. No cash prizes are to be awarded and the Gift Certificate is not redeemable for cash.
15. The Gift Certificate does not expire.
