APHA World Show Class Listings Posted

The APHA World Show in Ft. Worth, Texas, starts Saturday, June 21 and runs through Saturday, July 5.  APHA.com has posted  the 2008 World Show Class Listings which shows how many people are entered in each class and the working order.  Of course, Working Orders/Cuts are subject to changes so be sure to confirm your draw at the horse show!

Reichert Celebration Judge’s Names Released

The names of the judges for the 2008 Reichert Celebration have been released.  These judges will be responsible for the NSBA, APHA, ApHC, PHBA and AQHA classes during the 10-day show.  They are going to be busy!

The World Conformation Horse Association (WCHA) has a position opening for Executive Director.  The Executive Director will manage the WCHA office and handle day to day operation of the Association. This position reports to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Corporate Challenge Results Are In!

The 2008 Corporate Challenge AQHA show was held in St. Paul, Minnesota, from Thursday through Monday, May 22-26.

The show was judged by Gretchen Mathes, Lee Ann Demars, Julie Voge, Russ Smith, Mike Carter. Classes were big, especially the Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle which averaged 20 entries.

GoHorseShow.com attended the Boystown Gateway Classic over Memorial Day weekend. Exhibitors travelled to Lake St. Louis, Missouri, from as far as Georgia, Florida, Michigan, Tennessee, Texas, Ohio and Arizona. 

2008 AQHYA World Show Qualifiers Numbers Are Up In Many Classes

AQHA lowered the qualifying points for the 2008 AQHYA World Show, and in addition, states are now allowed to send four qualifiers instead of two.  Not suprisingly, the number of qualifiers rose dramatically with a total increase of 642 from 2007.
