(Scottsdale, AZ – May 1, 2017)—Kimes Ranch Jeans, a leader of premium denim in the Western World, was well represented at the Lucas Oil AQHA World Show, with five World Championships going to the KRJ Family.
Kimes Ranch athlete Sarah Dawson rode Shiney Outlaw to 455 composite in the Level 3 Junior Working Cow Horse, capturing the gold and shattering the world record in the process. Level 3 World Champions riding for the Kimes Ranch brand include Brad Lund aboard Metallicat, Sr. Heeling World Champion and Laurel Walker-Denton aboard Light N Lucky, Sr. Ranch Riding World Champion.
KRJ Family struck gold in the Level 2 division as well. Shadd Parkinson rode Blazing N My Boomers for a Level 2 Sr. Ranch Riding World Championship and Patrick Flaherty topped the Jr. Reining class aboard Walla Walla Barbie.
The KRJ logo was seen amongst many top three earners in their class. Christian Lybbert took the L2 Reserve Championship in Sr. Working Cow Horse. Brad Lund and Genuine Stylish placed 3rd in the L3 Sr. Heeling. Laurel Walker-Denton and Magnum Yahtzee placed 3rd in L3 Sr. Ranch Riding. Patrick Flaherty and Whiz Boom Wrangle placed 3rd in the L3 Sr. Reining.
