Eight National Collegiate Equestrian Association riders have been chosen to participate in the 2013 American Quarter Horse Association Collegiate Horsemanship Challenge, tentatively set for November 20-21 as part of the AQHA World Championship Show in Oklahoma City, the NCEA selection committee announced on Wednesday.

Tentatively, the preliminaries are scheduled to take place Wednesday, November 20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the finals are tentatively scheduled for the evening of November 21.

Eight riders, who will be current student-athletes during the 2013-14 season, will represent eight different institutions at the event. Riders were selected using 2012-13 individual statistics for horsemanship.
