The tentative schedule for the 2013 Bank of America Amateur and American Quarter Horse Association Open World Championship Show is now available online.
The AQHA World Show, which is November 8-23 at the State Fair Park in Oklahoma City, features the world’s top riders and their American Quarter Horses.
“AQHA is very thankful to have the AQHA World Show Task Force on hand to carefully plan the World Show schedule,” said Tom Persechino, AQHA executive director of competition and breed integrity. “The task force comprises exhibitors, both trainers and amateurs; owners; breeders; AQHA alliance representatives; ground preparation specialists; and course designers.
“Due to the size and the nature of the World Show, it certainly is one of the more challenging events to plan,” Persechino added. “We are grateful that this diverse group of AQHA members is involved in the planning and scheduling process of the show.”
