The Big Country/Texas Amateur Championship Show was held in Waco, Texas, April 23rd through the 27th. The judges for the show were Gretchen Mathes, Tom Robertson, Jennifer Lynn Thompson, John Dean, Tom McBeath, and Suzy Jeane.
“It was a big show with some big classes,” trainer Michelle Tidwell told GoHorseShow. “They had a Huntfield Trail Derby on Friday night that was fun to participate in. Tim the Trail Man had awesome trail patterns to ride. The best thing is our youth client, Avery Ellis won the Youth Highpoint and that prize was a Lori Heckaman Golden West saddle pad.”
