The Dogwood Classic in Harriman, Tennessee was held June 25th through the 29th with nice-sized classes and great judges including: Kendra and John Pipkin, Randy Alderson, Dana English, Gretchen Mathes, Mike Hoeppner, and April and Casey Devitt.
Select Amateur Jerry Allen of Cookeville, Tennessee had a great show with his homebred mare, Adeetailedinvitation, where he picked up some point in the Amateur Select Showmanship and made his debut in the hunter under saddle.
“The atmosphere was light and friendly with a lot of smiling faces,” Allen told GoHorseShow. “It was a fun show to make my debut in Select Hunter Under Saddle after 30 years of not riding in that class!”
