WACO, Texas – The National Collegiate Equestrian Association announced the seedings for the 2022 NCEA National Championship on Tuesday.
The 2022 National Championship is set for April 14-16 in Ocala, Fla. at the World Equestrian Center.
On the Dual Discipline side, Oklahoma State earned the No. 1 seed after finishing the season on top and being crowned the 2022 Big 12 Champions. The SEC Champion, Auburn, came in at No. 2 and the SEC runner-up Texas A&M earned the No. 3 seed. The TCU Horned Frogs garnered the No. 4 seed after finishing second in the Big 12 conference tournament. The Georgia Bulldogs earned the No. 5 seed and the Baylor Bears the No. 6 seed. Closing out the top eight are the ECAC Dual Discipline Champions SMU with the No. 7 seed and Fresno State with the No. 8 seed.

On the Single Discipline Side, Sweet Briar earned the No. 1 seed after finishing the season on top and being crowned the ECAC South Regional Champions. Making their first appearance on the national stage are the Sewanee Tigers who earned the No. 2 seed. Lynchburg garnered the No. 3 seed and the ECAC North Regional Champions, SUNY New Paltz, grabbed the No. 4 seed.
