The tentative schedule for the 2019 AQHA Select World Championship Show, presented by Adequan® (polysulfated glycosaminoglycan), is now available online.
The Adequan® Select World, which is slated for August 27-31 at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas, features the world’s top amateur riders, age 50 and over, and their American Quarter Horses. With the new location of the 2019 Adequan® Select World comes several improvements, including a shortened show schedule. Classes will be held in the John Justin Arena and W.R. Watt Arena, condensing the show from nine days to five.

Free Ride the Pattern clinics will be taught by AQHA Professional Horsemen during this year’s Adequan® Select World. These clinics are sponsored by Nutrena and offer insight from the judge’s perspective. In addition to Ride the Pattern clinics, exhibitors, friends and family are invited to attend several receptions offered during the show.

The Adequan® Select World is the world’s largest, single-breed world championship horse show open exclusively to amateur exhibitors age 50 and over. This is the pinnacle event for Select amateur competitors around the world who must qualify for the event by earning a predetermined number of points to secure a spot in each of the classes, representing English, western and halter disciplines.
