GoHorseShow would like to send our heartfelt congratulations to Ryan Cottingim and Mandi Gately on their engagement. The couple are horse trainers in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
Mandi revealed to us about how Ryan proposed.
“I turned 30 on Monday, so he took me on a birthday weekend. We stayed at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel on Saturday night, and, then, we stayed at the Union Station Hotel in downtown Nashville the second night where he proposed to me.”
Gately adds, “It was a fun weekend/getaway. We spent my actual birthday having dinner with my mom and sister at Sopapillas for my birthday.”
You may recall that Ryan was injured in a horse riding accident on January 30. According to Mandi, “Ryan is doing well. A week from tomorrow, we go to Ryan’s two month check up. They should up his activity level. He is hoping to maybe start riding at the beginning of May. He’s doing very well.”
