With four leaf clovers, lucky horseshoes and even some lottery tickets, the Ohio State Buckskin Association recognized the hard work and good luck of its members from the 2021 horse show season at an awards banquet held March 26 at the Virtues Golf Club in Nashport, Ohio.
The group recognized High Point All Around champions in eight categories, including Open Horse, Ranch Horse, Amateur, Amateur Select, Adult Walk Trot, Miniature, Buckskin Bred and Trail Riding. In addition to awards, the group hosted a membership meeting, silent auction and 50/50 drawing as part of the festivities. The 2021 Miss Buckskin World, Kaleigh Courtock, and 2022 Ohio State Buckskin Association Queen Lauren Montgomery were on hand to make the presentations.
