NSBA Announces 2021 Horse of the Year Recipient

Congrats to Hot Lopin Lily with Blake Weis and Caroline Cavallo on winning the 2021 NSBA Horse of the Year award.

The National Snaffle Bit Association is excited to announce its 2021 Horse of the Year recipient, Hot Lopin Lily in the Show division.

Hot Lopin Lily, a 2017 double registered mare, is owned by Caroline Cavallo of Gillespie, Illinois. On her road to being name Horse of the Year, Hot Lopin Lily earned $34,033.95 in earnings and 108 points in Western Pleasure, Trail, Western Riding, and Performance Halter from Florida to Arizona and all the majors in between.

“Lily” was bred by Twylla Brown and raised by Twylla, Blake, and his mother, AQHA Professional Horsewoman Kendra Weis of Moberly, Missouri. Lily is by RL Best Of Sudden and out of Shes A Lopin Machine by A Good Machine.

In 2020, Blake and Lily also won the annual Pleasure Versatility Challenge at the AQHA World Show.
