The annual Gordyville Shootout Show was held July 15-18 with six AQHA shows, $1,000 added Green Classes, and the Showmanship Shootout Class. All-Around awards and circuit championships were given in each class.
“Special thank you to Corrin Hunt photography for capturing the great vibe of our people. Special thanks to TNT Events for putting on a great show that we were most proud to have them help us out,” Jody Quiram told us. “Congrats, and thank you to all of the exhibitors and owners.”
The bouncy horse races were a must-see at the show, as well as watching the $1,000 added Showmanship Shootout and Green $1,000 added Classes. The $1,000 added Green Class Winners included – Hunter Under Saddle – Jenny Burton, Trail – Hannah Lind, and Western Pleasure – Pat Patrick Heeley.
The Showmanship Shootout was won by Harley Huff, who won a gorgeous show halter. “This girl was just telling her parents that morning she needed a new show halter because she had the one she showed in since her small fry years,” Jody explained. “So proud to award Harley Huff this coveted prize. We have been friends with her parents and grandparents since I don’t know when.”
