The American Quarter Horse Association is excited to announce that AQHA members and visitors will now enjoy a new website experience, backed by a brand-new AQHA database system. The AQHA website offers a refreshed and personalized experience, complete with enhanced features to better meet the needs of the American Quarter Horse community worldwide.
Behind the scenes, the new database system allows the website to provide more online interaction with members and customers. Online access to information and online transactions are made simpler with this new technology. The updated system also allows AQHA employees faster and easier access to information, assisting with timely customer support over the phone and more expedient paperwork processing. AQHA members will now be able to pay invoices, see transaction history and view pending work simply by logging into their account.
Additionally, AQHA international members now have the ability to translate the website’s navigation into one of six different languages. “For the new website design, AQHA partnered with experts, including well-credentialed digital experience company Base22,” said AQHA Executive Vice President Craig Huffhines. “Base22 guided the AQHA digital team through multiple user-testing exercises and listened to valuable feedback from AQHA members and website visitors to build a custom experience tailored to the AQHA member and fan.”
The AQHA.com redesign includes:

• Option to view pending work received and transaction history.
• Improved search capabilities.
• Improved navigation and easier ways to find what you’re looking for.
• Mobile-device friendliness.
• New content, such as a timed-event section.
• Translated navigation in six languages.
• Searchable calendar of events.
