Wedding Bells for Jason English and Jamie Murrow

It was an absolutely picture perfect day in Madison, Georgia for Jason English and Jamie Murrow’s wedding. The event was held at their farm, where the ceremony itself was in the yearling pasture with beautiful tall green grass and a gorgeous pond in the background underneath blue skies.

“Jamie was flawless as she walked down the aisle to Jason and looked like a true princess in her flowing wedding dress,” Kari Craft told GoHorseShow after the ceremony. “She walked down the aisle to ‘I Cross My Heart’ by George Strait. The ceremony was sweet and everything we could have imagined for them. Brenda Trammel, a long-time customer of Jason’s, was the wedding officiant and did a beautiful job as she married them and pronounced them husband and wife.”

After the ceremony, guests walked back up through the farm to the reception area where they mingled near the mare and foal pastures near the house.

The wedding flowers were a mix of Sunflowers, Dandelions, Delphinium, Blue Thistle and Hydrangeas.

The theme was a rustic farmhouse look with beautiful antiques that Jamie has collected over the past year. Their customer, Ben Young made many of the decorations used. He used his artistic talent to create a beautiful photo booth and wood decorations for the centerpieces. The altar was made of beautiful birch wood pieces, and the wedding party walked through two antique doors to get to the ceremony. The reception area was filled with lanterns, flowers, beautiful chandeliers hanging over the dance floor and each table had a different framed image of the two together.

Off to the side was a blue-green antique truck where the bride and groom, along with the wedding party took many pictures, and guests walked by it as they walked from the ceremony to the reception.

Guests enjoyed tasty brisket, chicken, shrimp and grits and much more, fresh off a massive smoker. They also enjoyed a live band and dancing until midnight on the dance floor.

Jamie and Jason are celebrating a mini Honeymoon for three days until they travel to Alaska for their real Honeymoon shortly.

“I think the best part of the day was when JeyJey, Jamie’s corgi that was supposed to be locked up in his kennel, made his way down to the ceremony. He walked down the aisle right after the guys, and it was so unplanned. Jason went followed by his groomsmen and then Jey Jey trotting behind. It was such a sweet, funny moment. He sat, lined up with us the entire ceremony. At one point, there was a bee flying around, and he started jumping and biting at it. But other than that, he sat there so quietly and did not bark once, which if you have ever met Jey Jey, is completely out of character for him. Jamie said, ‘He just knew it was a special moment and knew to be quiet.’”

Kari added, “I asked Jamie what her favorite moment of the whole day was and, while everything was perfect, she remembers, ‘The ceremony because there was so much love in the air from all our family and friends, then, to top it all off Jey Jey was there too.’”

“It was just a beautiful wedding and picture perfect day… flawless, every moment of it,” Kari shares.

GoHorseShow would like to congratulate the couple on their special day.
