City of Tulsa and Tulsa County officials came together at Expo Square on Monday to celebrate the construction of a new barn.
If that sounds a little crazy, read on. The $17.5 million structure is not only one of the first Vision Tulsa projects to begin construction, but it is the latest effort in a decades-long process of upgrading the county fairgrounds.
