It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that Jim Flowers passed away this evening following a brief illness. He was a long-time employee of the Ohio Quarter Horse Association. Our hearts go out to his wife, Cindy and the rest of Jim’s family. Please keep them in your prayers during this time.
