AQHA World Show Entries Due by Sept 15th

The first mailing of this year’s invitations to the AQHA World Championship Show is complete. Qualified exhibitors will receive their entry forms with their qualifier packet. Entries are due in the AQHA office no later September 15.

If you qualified your horse in other class(es) or another horse any time after June 15, you will receive your packet for those entries during a subsequent mailing, which will be done as soon as all shows held through July 31 have been entered into AQHA’s system. If that criteria fits you, you can expect your invitation and entry form to arrive around August 25.

New this year, all entries for the AQHA World Show must be sent to AQHA in the same envelope in order to be stalled together. AQHA cannot stall you with someone if the entries are not sent to the Association at the same time and in the same envelope.

If you received your qualifier packet in the first mailing and want to stall with someone who will receive their entry packet in the second mailing, hold all entries until after the second mailing to turn in all entries together.

Because of significant changes to the World Show schedule, AQHA suggests that all exhibitors, trainers, owners and spectators review the new tentative schedule online before making travel plans for this year’s show, which is November 6-21 at State Fair Park in Oklahoma City.
