PF Candids and Rundown from Third Annual Show for Dough

The third annual Show For Dough wrapped up in Tunica, Mississippi. The NSBA show was founded by Brad Jewett, Charles Cannizzaro, and David Dellin to offer 100% payback to the exhibitors. GoHorseShow has been a sponsor of the show from the very beginning and we are proud to continue our partnership with a show that puts their exhibitors first.

“I’ve never been to a horse show where the staff was so helpful, accommodating, and friendly,” says trainer Shannon Vroegh of Granger, Iowa. “They care about the success of their horse show and what the exhibitors want, including your money for showing before you leave. I can’t thank them enough also for the great work saddle and the $3,000 in cash that we got to take home with us!”

The Monie Man (Ritchie) won the signature three year-old western pleasure class with Cole Baker in the saddle. Ritchie is out of Carla McMullen’s AQHA World Champion mare, Huntin For Money and took home $7,200. Ryan Cottingim won the $10,000 added Horseman’s Challenge and took home $7,800.

The Show for Dough is a really exhibitor friendly show with 100 percent payback,” McMullen says. “The Monie Man took a lot of work and money just to get him on the ground, and, of course, as soon as he and his half sister were born, we adored them. We are really excited and Cole Baker did an awesome job showing him.”
