APHA Member Jane Brantley Passes

Published in TBO.com on Mar. 27, 2015

Jane Haya Brantley passed away on March 25, 2015 as a result of pancreatic cancer. She was born in Tampa on September 28, 1949.

After a forty year absence from horseback riding, she got back into showing paint horses. With the guidance of Teresa and Jim Pelton, she was able to accomplish many goals in a very short period of time. With her horse, Zip Is It (Joey) she finished 11th in the nation and #1 in the Southeast Zone in 2014. She also had a great deal of help from her teammates (Lisa, Lindsey, Ashley, Suann, Chris and Wendy) who were always there for her whenever she needed assistance.
